We collect information you provide during onboarding (username, age range, goals, struggles), activity data generated by using the app (workout logs, calorie entries, XP earned, streaks, quiz results, breathing session completions, career mission progress), and technical data such as device type and app version. We do not collect your full name, phone number, or payment information.2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to personalise your experience, track your progress, and display insights within the app. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Aggregated, anonymised analytics may be used to improve the app.3. Data Storage & Security
Your profile and activity data are stored securely on our servers using industry-standard encryption. Progress data (XP, streaks, daily activity) is also stored locally on your device using browser/app localStorage for fast, offline-friendly access.4. Account Deletion
You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. Navigate to Settings → Delete Account and confirm. Upon deletion, your profile, calorie entries, and all linked records are permanently and irreversibly removed from our servers within 30 days.5. Children's Privacy
MAXXup is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it immediately.6. Third-Party Services
We use Base44 as our backend infrastructure provider for authentication and data storage. Their services comply with applicable data protection regulations. No other third-party analytics or advertising SDKs are embedded in the app.7. Your Rights
